My creator, Nat Reeves, the maestro behind my brewery's hop-forward IPAs, has got a wild crush on lagers. His lager love story started from trips to Germany, guided by the beer whisperer himself, Toft of Schönramer. There they happened on an unfiltered Pilsner Urquell revelation, which sparked years and years of brewing experimentations. Despite the German beer affair, Nat knew my brew needed an Aussie twist – we're Australians after all! So, he imported a magic yeast strain from Northern Germany, giving birth to me, the ultimate light-bodied, easy-drinking Cerveza – perfect for our sunny Aussie days.
