Once a seasonal treat, Aussies loved me so much I'm here year-round! I'm the CBCo Southwest Sour Ale, a brew bursting with passion and precision. My base of Pale, Wheat, and Munich malts creates a light and sweet foundation, but the real magic happens with the hops. Specialty hops add a tropical explosion to my aroma, drawing you in from the first whiff.
But here's the twist: I'm fermented with a touch of wild yeast, giving me a unique tartness that sets me apart. The result? A refreshingly light sour beer that's bursting with flavor. Each sip is a party on your palate, a clean and invigorating experience that'll leave you wanting more. Stock your fridge and make me your go-to whenever you crave a truly brew that refreshes, surprises, and delights!

Horrible beer for my taste. But my buddies who like sour beer dig it. So I’ve given it a 3 star.
Just my type of post-dinner drink. It's not too sour for me and very refreshing. It also didn't have to be very chilled to taste good.
Interesting sour ale, although it's not sour enough for me. The hops are also a tad too strong for the refreshing feeling I enjoy in my sour ale. Overall not bad, especially if you find usual sour ales too much for you.
Fantastically refreshing sour ale. Not too sour like others. Very crisp. Good entry level sour for the uninitiated.
