ORDERING INFORMATION

LEGAL AGE
Our alcoholic products can only be ordered, received and consumed by customers aged 18 and above. You must tick the age declaration box upon checking out to declare that you are legally above the age of 18. We will not knowingly sell alcoholic products to anyone under the age of 18.

PRICES
All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (S$) and inclusive of prevailing GST. Prices are subject to change at our sole discretion without prior notice.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Our stock availability is limited to the stock available in our Warehouse at the time of purchase. If an item is out of stock, we will call or email to inform you and you can then choose to either replace it with a same value item or remove it from your order for a refund.

PROMOTIONS
Promotional items are for a limited period only, or while stocks last. We reserve the right to start or discontinue any promotion whenever, without prior notice.

PLACING AN ORDER
Browse through our store and click [ Add] or [ + ] button to add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. The [ Cart ] icon on the top right will display the number of items you have in your shopping cart. You can click on the [ Cart ] icon to review or make changes to your cart's content.

CHECKING OUT
Step 1 Click [ View Cart ] once you're ready to complete your purchase.
Step 2 In the My Cart page, select the delivery method, date and timeslot. Leave any special instructions regarding your delivery (if any). Tick the age declaration box and click [ Check Out ].

Step 3 Fill in your shipping details. If you already have an account with us, your address will be pre-filled upon logging into our website. Click [ Continue to Shipping ].

Step 4 Review your shipping details to make sure they are accurate. More information about delivery can be found here. Click [ Continue to Payment ].
Step 5 Enter your card details, add a tip if you wish and enter your billing address, if different than your shipping address. Click [ Pay Now ].
Step 6 Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will be given an order number and receive an email confirmation of your order's details. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam mail folder.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your order will be processed and prepared for delivery as soon as we have received your payment, which is usually instantaneous. Your package are typically picked, packed and ready to be delivered within hours or less. We currently only deliver within Singapore and each delivery is to a single location per order basis. We do not deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as inside army camps, ports and airports.

RATES
We offer a free timeslot delivery to one location for each order that is equal to or more than $69. For orders less than $69, a $15 delivery charge will apply.

If you require a specific timing delivery or wish to receive it as soon as possible, choose Priority Delivery upon checking out and we will arrange it for a $25 priority fee.

SCHEDULES
We deliver Monday to Saturday, except Public Holidays. Here are our delivery timeslots and schedules:

12pm-8pm	No delivery

If you did not receive your delivery, please email orders@thirsty.com.sg and we will investigate. Please note that a re-delivery fee of $15 is chargeable if the recipient misses the delivery or if the address provided is not accurate.

SELF-COLLECTION
Self-collection for orders made online is available at our warehouse 8 Lorong Bakar Batu #04-07, Singapore 348743 on Monday to Saturday between 10am - 6pm. Our warehouse is not open for walk-in purchase or browsing.
